Whether remotely or on-site, we always begin and end by discussing the problem with the authorized contact. This ensures the information about the service needed is communicated directly to our technician and you are made aware of the results of our work as soon as possible.
  •  We provide a wide range of data availability services including local area network design and support, Internet access setup and support, comprehensive network security and virus protection, and systems integration. We install, test, troubleshoot, and repair voice and data cabling of all types to provide complete support for our customers.
  •  We provide all types of computer hardware as needed. For servers, workstations, printers, and other major components we research, order, test, setup and install the equipment with no hardware markup. Our service charge to install or repair equipment is the same whether we supply it or you buy it elsewhere. We also can properly dispose of obsolete hardware by securely erasing your data and recycling the equipment.
  •  We set up and support redundant drives and backup systems to protect you from data loss. We often recommend Remote Access File Sharing or Remote Backup to the Cloud via Internet when appropriate for your operation. We provide the leading Email Spam Filtering Service for most of our clients, which not only saves valuable time but also helps protect against viruses, Trojans, and other malware which can destroy your systems.
  •  Our customers have access to our phone Help Desk for support on a wide variety of issues and our remote access and diagnostic capabilities for faster problem resolution. We can provide Remote Server Monitoring & Alert Service which signals us that there is a server problem before you are even aware of it.
